1995 was underlined by the founding of IVS Technologies, a company of ours specialized in audiovisual machinery leasing for TV shows, fares, exhibitions, concerts and other events. Having entered the television media market (working with TF1, France TV, Canal + and M6) the company then moved on to creating services and logistics dedicated to the specifics of this market as it acquired its first large-scale screen. During the first decade of the new millennium , IVS strengthened its entrepreneurial position and also started an ambitious diversification policy. In 2000, IVS and computer engineer Jean-Luc Fert co-created Alternative Développement, which was then put under IVS control. AD is a company specialized in computer development, multimedia interactivity, TV games and other services designed for TV show hosts/producers. |
|
As numerous TV game shows were adapted to French TV in 2002, AD became the leader in this activity sector, hence making IVS the biggest audiovisual interactivity broadcasting service group for TV shows in France (interactivity development and broadcasting). IVS and AD are both leading French audiovisual service providers for TV shows. This includes many prestigious French shows (Sidaction, Téléthon, Les Enfants de la TV and La Fureur,). As French TV and producers were subject to a rapid growth and success of entertainment programs, reality TV and TV games, our group made a successful use of its synergy as well as image and interactivity broadcasting capacities (Big Brother, Allo Quizz). IVS is also a part of many major international fares and exhibitions (The European Renault fare, the aeronautical SNECMA fare). |
|
From 2000 to 2005, as initiated by Laurent Issenjou, our group continued to develop its services in image broadcasting. These were also extended to image content creation as he founded Prod me up, a company focusing on visual creations, designs and content for TV programs.
In 2004, while maintaining its own development IVS acquired R-Stage one of its suppliers specialized in logistical and transportation services. |

Thanks to its multiple synergetic developments and its technology, Mediatribu can now offer a pre-show concept for large-scale events which is fully based on auto-financed shared revenues (the Olympic Games, Star Academy concerts).
Since 2005, IVS has been re-focusing its activities around 2 specific branches : The Technical & Logistical Department and the Interactivity, Multimedia & Telecommunications Department.
In 2005, Laurent Issenjou and his subsidiary managers created Mediatribu which in turn became the majority shareholder of IVS, R-Stage, Alternative Développement and Prod Me Up.
Mediatribu Interactivity has benefited from the economical dynamics of the French TV media market. In 2007 Mediatribu reinforced its position in the French and international audiovisual industries which led to the creation of Studio BAHIA, expert in audio and video post-production and specialized in animated features. |

This project was an opportunity for Mediatribu to work with Noam KANIEL and Alexis DERNAUCOURT. Noam KANIEL is a famous song writer and composer for many music celebrities in France and the USA (Hélène Ségara, Patrick Fiori, Julie Zénatti) and also as a theme music composer for TV series and animated features (The Aristocats, The Mask and The Fantastic Four).
In 2008 the Mediatribu Group continued its ongoing development in providing services and creativity by extending its visual know-how to the 5.1 sound business by becoming a 50% shareholder of ANAPHI Studio.
