Founded in 1995 by Laurent Issenjou, who was soon joined by Julien Colet in 1996, IVS Technologies succeeded in making a place for itself in the televisual media market through the rental of giant screens for some of TV's most popular programmes. The years 1995-2000 saw sharp growth in the production output of the presenter-producers. A number of prestigious TV shows and programmes were produced including : Le Sidaction, Les Restos du Cœur, Big Brother and Star Academy, etc. The arrival of Digital Terrestrial Television in France profoundly affected the economic model in the French TV market. Once again displaying its ability to respond quickly, IVS Technologies succeeded in standing out from the competition and adapting to this new demand from the French audiovisual sector, further strengthening its position as a market leader. The diversification of business activities to include EVENTS and SALES Since 1995, IVS Technologies has acquired solid know-how enabling it to become the leading supplier of audiovisual and video services in the TV sector. In 2005, TV studios accounted for 70% of the company's turnover. IVS Technologies went on to extend its range of services to encompass new sectors including events and the sale of equipment, setting up two departments, both fully independent in terms of their management and operations: IVS Event and IVS Intégration.

Today employing 45 people, in 2005 IVS Technologies achieved a turnover of €8.2 million.
